All prices are displayed in INR (Rs.). Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We use secure payment gateways (including Razorpay) to process transactions. Your payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All orders must be prepaid; we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

By completing a purchase on CORDOK, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our No Refund / Replacement Only policy.

We do offer Replacements under the following conditions:

1. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or with a manufacturing defect.
2. Incorrect Item Received: If the piece delivered does not match your order confirmation.
